Pony Parties and Petting Zoos are great for
birthday parties, family reunions,
church events, fund-raisers, carnivals,
customer appreciation days,
corporate events, grand openings,
conventions, wedding receptions,
holiday parties, all types of social events & day cares.
CASH IS DUE ONLY DAY OF EVENTS, No Checks, No Credit Cards, No other
forms of pymt .. If you can not do cash day of the event it must be paid I
n Full 7 Days Prior to Your Event to clear the bank. NO EXCEPTIONS, I will not
pay bounce fees, and have to chase folks down for the payment owed.
Deposit of $100 is required to hold any dates you are asking for, if you
should cancel or we have to cancel do to weather or Government Closures for
any reason that deposit is good with us up to 1 year
towards your next event.
I will do my best to get you scheduled in our books for the same week .
Must be paid at the time of booking and speaking
to us on the phone.

Paint the Pony is not done in the winter months unless it is a warm sunny day. We must wash the paint off the pony and we do not haul them wet as he could catch pneumonia.
We also do NOT Paint our ponies for parties as we do book several events per day. And sometimes different ponies/horses can have an allergic reaction to the chemicals used in the paints. So for the animals safety we will not paint them up as Rainbows for any parties. Sorry
Our Prices might be different from others, but they are set as they are so our animals will always come to you 100% healthy & happy all the time. (My grandpa use to say to me growing up, " You get what you pay for" ) And to this day that does hold true in life 100%. We Love what we do and love to educate everyone with as much knowledge as we can at each event we do. We do a lot of events with the Polk County Sheriffs Office, as well as Other State & County Departments in Polk & Hillsborough Counties and have tons of fun with all them.. We look forward to meeting each of you on the road soon.

If you ask for invoice through pay-pal, it must be paid upon receiving or I will not consider this event as being booked with us. I will not wait 2 & 3 days to get deposits and have to turn away other folks who want to book with a deposit to hold their date & time right then.
Reason being is people without a deposit have canceled at last minute and we could have went to several other places in the spot.
If your event is requiring additional insured not just a certificate YOUR FACILITY will pay for this to the insurance company yourselves as I will give you the agents name and number to call to order it, sometimes this takes a few days. All certificates must be asked for 3-5 business days prior to the event..
Please Remember we do not control mother nature, but can not walk or ride kids in rainy weather, its dangerous for the kids and horses. Makes it unsafe 100% & for us to travel is unsafe with the horses balancing in the trailer on a wet floor is like being on a slipping slide. We will do our best to accommodate and get your party rescheduled. You Must have an adult who can lift children on and off during the entire time we are there
Too many folks ask for just 1 pony to come out, we travel in pairs only, they are happier together as they are called a herd animal. Also each child rides about 10 times each at your party, so 10 kids is over 100 riders total on and off their backs in a 1 hour time frame. It is a lot on just 1 animal to endure on their spine. Hope this explains it some to everyone on why we bring 2 out.

1 1/2 hours with the Ultimate Petting Zoo is now $488
2 Hours with the Ultimate Petting Zoo by itself for 2 Hours is $650
(Petting Zoo can be set up rain or shine under canopies for everyone to enjoy) ( as long as its not high winds or lightening)
You must have a facility (area) that we are close to our trailer to monitor the horse's that are with us for other events that day.
2 chickens ,2 rabbits, 2 goats,, 1 miniature donkey, And a Mini Pig
(set up in 2 different 10 x 10 pens side by side)
or 3 chickens, 3 rabbits, 2 goats, 1 Mini Pig ,1 miniature donkey for $425
We do not allow children to feed the animals as the large animals have large teeth and could bite the little fingers thinking they are part of the food and children to not understand how to feed them safely. Also children may not pick up the animals as for the bunny goes to jump could scratch the child or they could squeeze them and break the bunnies back. USDA & VET says no more picking them up, may sit on ground to hold them though when a handler gives them to them.
_Set up is done close to the trailer. The panels are heavy and are 4 foot tall by 6 foot long, for the large animals to go inside. The second one is 2 playpens put together for the small animals. They are set up side by side we do not separate pens, one handler runs both pens....We also must set up close to the trailer for clean up and in case we have other animals still in the trailer to monitor. This is a actual law we are required to follow per insurance regulations. People stick hands inside trailers and end up with broken hands then try suing folks when their hand doesn't belong in the trailer at all....
WE NOW REQUEST THAT THERE BE AN ADULT AVAILABLE DURING THE ENTIRE
PONY PARTY TO LIFT EACH CHILD UPON THE BACK OF THE HORSE, I MYSELF
HAVE SUSTAINED AN INJURY FROM LIFTING HEAVIER CHILDREN AND WE NO
LONGER CAN DO THIS AND PER NEW INSURANCE REGULATIONS.
ALSO DO TO COVID WE WILL NOT TOUCH THE CHILD !!!!
