THAT HORN IS EYE LEVEL WITH CHILDREN'S FACES & A CHILD CAN GET THEIR EYE POKED OUT (INSURANCE DOES NOT ALLOW IT . AS THIS HAPPENED TO A CHILD OUT WEST.) IT IS A FOREIGN OBJECT BEING PLACED ON A 400 -1200 POUND ANIMALS FACE STRAPPED ONTO THEIR EARS AND HEAD, THEY DO NOT LIKE IT AND ITS NOT NATURAL AT ALL FOR THEM. WE ARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THE KIDS & OUR ANIMALS.

If You Have Won A Gift Certificate for a Free Pony Party From Us, the animal part is Free but you will still have to cover the fuel cost for us to come to the party. 

There is an increase on price for parties on holidays. Please inquire prior to booking.

CASH IS DUE ONLY DAY OF EVENTS, No Checks, No Credit Cards,No other forms of pymts.. If you can not do cash day of the event it must be paid in Full 7 Days Prior to Your Event to clear the bank. NO EXCEPTIONS, I will not pay bounce fees, and have to chase folks down for the payment owed.

We do not proclaim to be the cheapest in the area or the best in the business, we all have a lot to learn everyday of our lives. But what I do promise is stellar service and happy children..My dad always taught me you get what you pay for.. I live by this everyday...

 IF WE ATTEND YOUR EVENT AND THERE IS ANY ILLEGAL DRUG ACTIVITY GOING ON WE WILL ASK THAT IT BE STOPPED UNTIL WE LEAVE THE EVENT.

WE NOW REQUEST THAT THERE BE AN ADULT AVAILABLE DURING THE ENTIRE PONY PARTY TO LIFT EACH CHILD UPON THE BACK OF THE HORSE, I MYSELF HAVE SUSTAINED AN INJURY FROM LIFTING HEAVIER CHILDREN AND WE NO LONGER CAN DO THIS AND PER NEW INSURANCE REGULATIONS.

IF YOUR CHILDREN ARE WEARING DRESSES THEY MUST HAVE SHORTS UNDERNEATH THEM TO RIDE AT ALL FOR SANITARY REASONS.

We do not book parties on Christmas Day. This Day is For Our Family Time.

This is to hold this special day for you & your family & friends. YOU MUST SPEAK TO US ON THE PHONE SO WE FILL OUT THE LEGAL PAPERS FOR YOUR EVENT,DATE & TIME'S,PLEASE NO DEPOSITS MADE WITHOUT SPEAKING TO US FIRST.... Thank you

 

 We ask that DEPOSITS ARE MADE ON THE SAME

DAY OF BOOKING (Minimum amount of $100 or 1/2

DOWN).

 

3 Business days to hold any date if you are mailing the payment to us or it is going to the next person waiting on it.

Reason being I have held too many dates for people for weeks and could have booked other parties for families and then at the last minute after numerous calls back to people they tell me they have changed their mind. Thank you for your understanding, we want to serve as many families as possible.

If the-deposits are not made I will call and see if you still want this date so we may book someone else in that time slot. Also I must confirm all details of the party on the phone with you, not by email or text message as I have to insure it is an adult booking an event and not a child to do the legal paperwork to give the state (IRS) / (USDA) when they audit my files.

 This is for your convenience to make your payments

There is an additional $5 Charge 

for a Processing Fee

Check must be mailed within 

3 Business Days Of Booking

Remaining  balance is due

the day of the party and

 only CASH is accepted at

that time.Payment is

upon arrival & signing

of release forms.


We have come across problems with

even several large facilities that have

had checks bounce with us after we

have completed the event.

Then we do not get paid for our services

and have to pay the bank fees also.

So Cash is only accepted the day

of the events from now on. Sorry for

the inconvenience..

 

Cancellation policy- 

We are booked many months in 

advance.

Cancellations must be for inclement 

weather

only on the day of the party,

or full price is still due.

 

 Inclement weather is verified rain or hail,with gusty windsYou must call before we leave our farm with direct contact with owner.

Or if we are experiencing bad weather here and are not able to leave in the time we need to before your event is scheduled, we will call you also.

The deposit is used for another event within the year of date of booking this event. I can not control mother nature and bad weather interruptions or the acts of God.

We will do our best to get to your event as safely as possible with the animals and insure safety of all your guest and your children under conditions favorable.

You must remember we are pulling animals that have to stand on 4 feet in the back of a moving trailer and if the roads are under water it may not be safe for us to travel at that time.

I have to adhere to all state & county laws & regulations & USDA Laws while traveling to your special events for safety of everyone involved. 

 

We will get you booked for the next available date and time and remember we do travel 7 days a week and can come during a week day or night to make up your special event also. We have 7 children and also know this can be a tough call to make. But I am about 100% safety of the kids and animals at your special event. 

Bad Weather Interruption --If your party is started and we are interrupted by rain, we can try to wait it out, move to a garage, etc. Full price is still due.

 Also if you book a certain time (ex. 1:00- 2:30) the night before (Thursday or Friday before the weekend of your event)  I will call to confirm this time with you. If you forgot this was the time you pre-booked with us , I am sorry I must still do the time you pre-booked us for. I have parties generally prior to yours or even after yours to get too. If I don't have another obligation, I will try to work with you.

If I receive no answer I will leave a voice mail if you have that option, I ALWAYS REQUEST YOU RETURN MY CALL ASAP to CONFIRM that your party is still a go for that time & date requested. IF you DO NOT RETURN MY CALL, then I must consider that you do not want our services, so we

will go to another location that day. If I do not answer

PLEASE LEAVE A VOICE MAIL CONFIRMING.

Also once we book your party and then several months later you call me and say you charged me $220 for my party but I see now you have a special for $210 (example) the price I had with you months ago stays the same. I do run specials all the time. But do not change paperwork after it is finalized months later. I am sorry, but people call all the time after we book parties and tell me this.

And if you order a special package that is the price,but if you want 1 horse 1 pony face painting and roping and it is not a package option then it will wrote up separate pricing, that is why we offer things separate.

 

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE /

 But can be used for future dates

within the calendar year,

must be within the year of the

original date of event.

Even if there is a 

rain cancellation or

 if a vehicle breaks 

down or emergency 

happens with us or 

the party booking us. 

We can not plan the 

acts of God but do our

 best to fix things as 

fast as we can. Diesal

 trucks are very costly 

to keep maintained.

ROOM FOR A 32 FOOT TRAILER

 AND A FULL SIZE

TRUCK FOR YOUR PARTY TO 

PARK AND TURN AROUND 

 

(We are the Length of a semi trailer

or a school bus)

AND AN AREA WITH GRASS TO 

UNLOAD THE HORSE'S OFF THE

 TRAILER.

WE CAN NOT PARK IN YOUR 

DRIVEWAYS AT ALL 

( the reason for this is the turn 

radius is too

sharp and we are too long to

fit and we still )...

THIS IS FOR THIS IS FOR THE 

SAFETY OF THEIR LEGS AND 

HOOVES. 

WE DO NOT WANT ANY DAMAGE TO

OUR HORSE'S BY UNLOADING AND

CHANCING A FALL, OUT OF THE

TRAILER ON CONCRETE

Also we do not pull into any type of ditches or steep inclines to get into your property at all, Our trailer sits

low and it will scrape and pulls my wires for my lights out from underneath it.

We try to just angle up in front of your homes to unload on the edge of the grass.

If we have to add your City to our

Insurance Policy as an underwriter this

cost will be added to your party total.

($120) This takes place only when you

are asking us to go to a County or City Park

or Facility. And if they require being added

on as an additional insured.

It will be your for you to get the

insurance information from me and

up to you to call and pay for the

Additional Insurance to be done

(1 week prior to the event),

reason I do not pay for them is I

may only be doing this 1 event

1 time there and is not feasible for

me to pay this cost out of our pockets.

We use only non toxic washable paints

on them, or equine friendly products.

Our horses come with ribbons

and bows in their mane & tails &

decorative saddle blankets.

 

We are LICENSED and INSURED,

& USDA LICENSED & INSPECTED

for the safety of our horses as well

as our young and young at heart riders.


We also carry our policy with us

at all times.

 

There is no exceptions to any of the

 

above rules, this is our policy and we

 

must stick to it. 

 

WHAT QUALITIES MAKE A COMPANY TRUST WORTHY TO BE WITH YOUR FAMILY & FRIENDS ?

PROPER LICENSING, A TRACK RECORD, REFERRALS, TO NAME A FEW....

We are a USDA licensed petting zoo.

This license means our animals and farm are inspected by an official from the USDA by surprise visit. Some of the things they INSPECT are: Healthy, vet-checked animals, hand washing techniques, (such as hand-gel), washing stations on the farm, a current record of animals kept, clean cages, pens and facilities, appropriate traveling trailers, and more!  For your protection and ours,

 I have recently been asked how much weight do I allow on my ponies ?

This answer is up to 45-50 pounds

And the maximum weight on my horses is 150/175.
