Remember to check with the person you are booking your party with to make

sure they are licensed and fully insured prior to booking a Birthday Party or

Special Event with them. Here at K&M Pony Parties we are Licensed and Fully

Insured & USDA Licensed & Inspected for your safety as well as the safety of

our animals.(Federal Law) And have the insurance policy with us at all times to

show you it's in our name (K&M Pony Parties) Karen Culp is on ALL THE

PAPERWORK,Also ask them if they are Licensed with the USDA,APHIS,Animal

Care Eastern Region Department. As I have always been told growing up,

Anything Can Happen At Anytime,Be Prepared,Regular Insurance Companies

do not cover Equine on your Premises. Also check the USDA Records on file see if they have a clean USDA Record or any findings of things wrong. There is one company that I know has been seen with dead animals on the property multiple times.

 DEPOSITS ARE

NON-REFUNDABLE /

But can be used for future

dates with in the calendar

year from date of event

 booked, even if there is a 

rain cancellation or if a 

vehicle breaks down or 

emergency happens with 

us or the party booking us.

 We can not plan the acts 

of God but do our best to fix

 things as fast as we can. 

Diesal trucks are very costly

 to keep maintained. 

 

Cancellation policy- We are booked many months in advance.

Cancellations must be for inclement weather only on the day of

the party, or full price is still due.

 Inclement weather is verified rain or hail. You must call before we leave our farm with direct contact with owner. Or if we are experiencing bad weather here and are not able to leave in the time we need to before your event is scheduled, we will call you also.

The deposit is used for another event within the year of date of booking this event. I can not control mother nature and bad weather interruptions or the acts of God.

We will do our best to get to your event as safely as possible with the animals and insure safety of all your guest and your children under conditions favorable. You must remember we are pulling animals that have to stand on 4 feet in the back of a moving trailer and if the roads are under water it may not be safe for us to travel at that time. I have to adhere to all state & county laws & regulations & USDA Laws while traveling to your special events for safety of everyone involved. 

We will get you booked for the next available date and time and remember we do travel 7 days a week and can come during a week day or night to make up your special event also. We have 7 children and also know this can be a tough call to make. But I am about 100% safety of the kids and animals at your special event. 

Bad Weather Interruption --If your party is started and we are interrupted by rain, we can try to wait it out, move to a garage, etc. Full price is still due.

 Fuel Charge is Not Included In Prices

Diesel trucks that we pull with average 10-11 miles per gallon once we hook up a trailer and load with horse's and animal's in it. Fuel is on average as of 1/17 $2.68 a gallon, to fill up my truck is $100 each time on average. Please remember we are pulling on average 7000 pounds behind us. And we also do not travel at a high rate of speed as you may in a car which makes our travel time on average 1/2 longer. Alot of people have asked us these questions so we thought we should add this to our website also. Thank you to each and everyone of you who book with us. 


IF WE ATTEND YOUR EVENT AND THERE IS ANY ILLEGAL DRUG ACTIVITY GOING ON WE WILL WILL ASK THAT IT STOPS UNTIL WE LEAVE THE EVENT.

WE NOW REQUEST THAT THERE BE AN ADULT AVAILABLE DURING THE ENTIRE PONY PARTY TO LIFT EACH CHILD UPON THE BACK OF THE HORSE, I MYSELF HAVE SUSTAINED AN INJURY FROM LIFTING HEAVIER CHILDREN AND WE NO LONGER CAN DO THIS AND PER NEW INSURANCE REGULATIONS.

IF YOUR CHILDREN ARE WEARING DRESSES THEY MUST HAVE SHORTS UNDERNEATH THEM TO RIDE AT ALL FOR SANITARY REASONS.
